The Author

Sebeke Jefferson is a seasoned government professional with firsthand experience navigating the realities of government service across multiple government agencies. His self-evaluation over the years has identified at least 50 threats, from learned mistakes to improved accountability, and has led to a productive role in organizational culture.

After over two decades serving in many goverment systems, he recognized a recurring pattern: the efforts of good, positively contributing government employees were being undermined, not by lack of skill or effort, but by unseen threats no one talks about..

This book was written to fill that gap and speak to the soul of the goverment employee.

His work focuses on career preservation, serving from a greater inner purpose, self-awareness, avoiding pitfalls, and helping government employees develop their own work ethic to improve productivity.
